MA PETITE HISTOIRE (My little story)            I have been practicing Reiki since 2012. My journey started in London England, with Masters Tripuri Dunne and Melanie Glanville. I have learnt through them Reiki level1 and 2, in traditional USUI way. From day n1, I felt such a positive change within my mind to start with, then my level of energy and the fact that I could enjoy being in this world, hummmm.     The way I was enjoying the day was so different. I could feel happiness, satisfaction, being content of what I had.     Every single day, I could see changes within myself, and all those little changes kept making my life such a better place. In June 2014, I moved to Vancouver, and joined the Westcoast Reiki Centre, and I met Master Karen McCullough. I did Reiki level3 in February 2015 and became Master/Teacher in April 2016. I am now living on Vancouver Island in Victoria/Langford area. I am now a member of the Westcoast Reiki Centre and School. I love doing Reiki with children, as I am an ECE educator I can see the benefit of Reiki within those pure human beings. Also Reiki does help them to grow and develop themselves in such a softer and peaceful way.       I think Reiki is personal journey. Is it really necessary to try to describe how I feel, I don’t think so my cup of tea might not be yours even if we are both huge fans of tea! I have never been into religion or groups of any kind, so when I heard the word Reiki in 2012 for the first time and what it meant, I was like “ yep ok” thinking I was going to be brainwashed with some kind of what to DO and what not to DO. So I was really suspicious about it, so I tried and there we are, I GOT HOOKED!!!         At today, I just would love to be able to make people and mainly children as happy as I am, how safe and secure I do feel in this world, not saying that life is a bubble of pink cotton wool, it’s just so much easier and interesting. Are we not allowed to feel, to enjoy who we are?  Are we not allowed to feel, to acknowledge our needs, our emotions? Are we not allowed to be, just to be? I believe we should, it’s so beautiful out there, out the brainwashed game, there, there where you are just you and only yourself.         Laure

MA PETITE HISTOIRE (My little story)

I have been practicing Reiki since 2012.
